The DK-45R1 transformer capacity tester is manufactured according to the standards of the People's Republic of China, such as the "JJG1124-93 AC Digital Power Meter Verification Regulations". The tester is developed and produced using a combination of digital technology and computers. It is a fully intelligent testing equipment based on the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methods that have been introduced in recent years in China. The test results comply with the relevant standards of GB1094.1-2003 and GB/T6451. This instrument can meet the requirements for no-load loss and load loss testing of power transformers with voltage levels of 10kV and below and capacity below 1600kVA under rated conditions, as well as the determination of transformer capacity, without the need for any external equipment.
This instrument can directly determine the capacity and type of five types of transformers, including the national standard series. The capacity range of 10kV/0.4 transformers is between 30kVA and 2500kVA. Its form is: SJL-xxxxkVA/10、 S7-xxxxkVA/10, S9-xxxxkVA/10、S11-xxxxkVA/10, SH11-xxxxkVA/10。
When there is a lack of three-phase power supply on site, a dedicated transformer loss test power supply can be selected. Single phase FA wheel phase can be used for testing. The instrument can automatically calculate the test results to the three-phase standard conditions and complete the determination of transformer capacity and type.
This instrument has automated data processing, paperless office, and a measurement system with a friendly human-machine interface. 2、 Main functions and characteristics of the device
1. This instrument determines the capacity and type of transformers by comparing the test data of no-load loss, load loss, and impedance voltage with the national standard database stored inside the instrument. When testing and determining, first determine the capacity of the transformer, and then determine the type of transformer. When determining the capacity and type of a transformer, there is no need to input any parameters on the transformer nameplate. The instrument automatically obtains the capacity and type determination results of the transformer based on the built-in database.
2. It can measure parameters such as no-load loss, no-load current, load loss, impedance voltage, and short-circuit impedance of transformers, as well as measure the true effective value and active power value of three-phase voltage and current.
3. It is possible to directly use the mains three-phase power supply (400V) for on-site testing without connecting a voltage regulator. The parameters such as no-load loss, no-load current, load loss, impedance voltage, and short-circuit impedance of various models of 10/0.4kV power transformers under rated conditions can be automatically calculated to prevent unqualified transformers from entering the power grid for operation and save energy and reduce losses.
4. When there is a lack of three-phase power supply on site, the single-phase method can be used for wheel phase testing. The instrument automatically calculates the test results under three-phase standard conditions, which is convenient for on-site use. After the experiment, retain the original test data for querying the testing process and various related conditions during testing, verify the accuracy of the test results, and directly print the standard test report.
5. This instrument adopts an ultra small structural design, standard plastic shell chassis, small size, light weight, portable, wide measurement range, high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and high cost-effectiveness.
6. According to the different wiring groups of transformers, different wiring can be selected. Three phase three meter method, three-phase two meter method, and single-phase method tests can be conducted. There are ten measurement methods available for the instrument to choose from during the experiment. The corresponding relationship between the display and the experiment is as follows:
1) Single phase method (analysis) no-load and load tests for single-phase transformers (transformers) or three-phase transformers.
2) The voltage side of the three-phase transformer is connected in a Y-N connection group. The transformer no-load and load tests are conducted using the three meter measurement method.
3) The voltage side connection of the three-phase transformer is Y/0 connection group, and the transformer no-load and load tests are conducted using the two meter measurement method.
4) The voltage side wiring of the three-phase transformer is in the Yn connection group. After conducting wheel phase tests using a single-phase power supply, the no-load and load tests are calculated to the three-phase standard.
5) The voltage side wiring of the three-phase transformer is connected in a delta connection group. After conducting a wheel phase test using a single-phase power supply, the no-load and load tests are calculated to the three-phase standard.
7. The instrument has automatic range switching and comprehensive automatic protection functions, and can be externally connected to CT and PT for testing large capacity transformers. All measurement data displays direct reading values.
8. The instrument has an automatic data storage function that can store 1000 sets of experimental data, making it easy to query at any time.
9. The instrument is powered by a large capacity lithium battery, which facilitates on-site testing.
10. The instrument has an RS232 communication interface. It can be connected to a computer to achieve data transmission and provide computer testing management software. It can perform functions such as data communication, storage, retrieval, analysis, and printing of test reports.
11 The DK-45R tester adopts a large screen LCD display, with touch screen assistance for operation. The function menu is fully localized in Chinese, easy to operate, and intuitively displayed. It is equipped with a printer for easy on-site printing of test results.
